The Kendra is a tailoring training school for enabling the economic self-sufficiency of poor women. It is run by the Centre. There are 6 tailoring schools for girls at different locations of the Khetri town and adjoining villages; the training period is for six months. The total number of trainees (two batches) who received training during the year was 173
